General boarding information

• All pets are required to be current on a Wellness Exam and up to date on their vaccinations at the time of boarding.

• Pets must be at least one year of age at time of boarding.

• Boarding rates vary during peak seasons. Additional services and activities can be added at check-in, if desired.

• If you are visiting us for the first time from another animal hospital, please bring previous records with you, if available.

• Payment is expected at time of check out. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.

• Please call the hospital directly if you will be late or need to cancel your reservation.
